A conference flat rate allows you to calculate your event in advance. In addition to the room rental, other extras such as our standard conference equipment, drinks and various types of catering are included. True to the motto: small planning, big effect!

Standard equipment in the booked conference room: 1 beamer, 1 screen, 1 flipchart, 1 pin board, 1 presenter's case, WLAN, writing materials for all participants - One coffee break (half day) or two coffee breaks (full day | +8,00 € per person) with sweet, savoury and healthy snacks
- Full day in front of your room: Freshly brewed Jacobs coffee and Ronnefeldt tea specialities as well as sweet and sour surprises from the candy bar
- Drinks in the conference room as well as unlimited drinks at lunch (mineral water, apple juice)
