We will provide a baby cot free of charge if required.
On the day of arrival, you can check into your room from 15:00. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to make your room available again by 12:00 noon at the latest.
An early arrival or a late departure is possible subject to availability and an extra charge.
A lift is available and connects all floors barrier-free.
The morning starts daily with an extensive breakfast in our restaurant. Please ensure that you keep a sufficient distance from other guests and, if possible, use the less busy breakfast times.

Are you looking for a nice gift idea? How about a (value) voucher for our hotel? We will be happy to issue your desired voucher at reception. Alternatively, you can also visit our voucher online shop, where you can customize your preferred voucher to your heart's content and have it sent directly to your e-mail inbox as a PDF document for you to print out yourself after paying online.
If you already have a voucher and would like to redeem it with us, please bring your voucher with you and present it to reception upon arrival. We will then offset the voucher value against your open invoice. Please note that vouchers can only be redeemed on site.
Dogs are welcome in the hotel. Please understand that we only allow dogs in selected rooms. We charge € 12.00 per dog per night and ask for prior notification.
We offer climate-neutral overnight stays on request. We calculate the CO2 emissions of your stay, offset the greenhouse gases and provide you with a certificate as proof.
With climate-neutral overnight stays you make a contribution to global climate protection and support recognized climate protection projects. They also promote the achievement of global sustainability goals (Sustainable Development Goals), such as fighting poverty or improving living conditions in emerging and developing countries.
The climate protection projects, tested and certified according to international standards, demonstrably save CO2. ClimatePartner's TÜV Austria-certified process for offsetting CO2 emissions guarantees you additional security.

How you can make your overnight stay with us climate-neutral:
In our online booking mask, you will be shown the option of climate-neutral accommodation based on your selected travel duration. After selecting this option and completing your reservation, you can finally download your personal certificate on the booking confirmation page.
The compensation amount is passed on 1-to-1 to Climatepartner, who support numerous climate projects.
There are 80 parking spaces directly in front of the hotel as well as two e-charging stations for your electric car. A parking reservation is not necessary or possible.
The parking fee is €6.00 per night/vehicle.
We allow smoking in four selected rooms. If you specifically want a smoking room, please let us know in advance.
Furthermore, smoking is of course permitted outdoors.

In our restaurant you can enjoy fresh, international dishes à la carte every day. In summer, we extend the restaurant to the outdoor area, where you can stay in the middle of the protected forest.

At our reception you will also receive free city maps, recommendations for jogging routes in the area, hygiene items (toothbrushes, razors) and umbrellas for hire (deposit: €20.00). We also offer a copy service (€0.30 per page).
We heat up our sauna (approx. 80 degrees) for you every day from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Our fitness room is open for you daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Would you like to be on the safe side and use our wake-up call? Simply dial 100 on the room telephone and order your wake-up call at the desired time at reception.
Our free WiFi is available throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Please log into the "Bergholzchen" network with the password "hbphwlan".
If requested we can do the washing for you. Please leave the clothes at reception by 08:30 a.m. in the morning together with the laundry list. You get the laundry back the same day (except weekends).
We accept the following means of payment: debit card, Mastercard, Visa, Amex and JCB.
Cash-free hotel from January 01, 2023
Our hotel will become a cashless zone from January 1st, 2023. We have noticed that the proportion of cash payments is continuing to decrease, so from the new year we will switch completely to "cash-free". In return, we will continue to expand our range of alternative (digital) payment methods for you.
Please understand that we will no longer be able to accept cash payments from January 1, 2023.
